The organizers of one of Europe’s largest electronic dance festivals plan to stage a three-day concert near Atlanta in September, and they have secured a lineup that includes most of the top D.J.’s in the world, including Tiesto, Afrojack, David Guetta and Calvin Harris. The event, called TomorrowWorld, is an attempt to establish a foothold in the United States for ID&T, the company behind a well-known yearly festival in Belgium — TomorrowLand.
